Ingredients
* Kashi GoLEAN Crunch cereal, 44 grams (remove)
* *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, .67 tbsp (remove)
* *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 2 tsp (remove)
* Apples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)
* Pecans, 1 oz (20 halves) (remove)
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Peel top third of apple. Scoop out as much core as possible without reaching bottom of apple. Chop pecans and Kashi cereal into smaller pieces. Add to bowl and then mix in brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Melt butter in microwave and mix into mixture with hands. Stuff into apples and mound on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Add small scoop of ice cream for a decadent dessert or eat as is for a great breakfast or light dessert.
