Ingredients

    2 1/2 c. Old Fashioned oatmeal
    1/4 c Oat Bran
    1/4 C Steel cut oats
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 Tsp. Baking powder
    1 Tsp. cinnamon

    Mix and set aside.

    In large bowl :
    1 beaten egg
    2 C. milk
    1/3 c applesauce
    1/4 c canola oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 cup Brown sugar

    Mix and add to oat mixture. Pour into lightly greased 2 quart casserole or 8"x9" souffle dish.
    Bake 20 min. 400 degrees

    After 20 minutes, gently fold in 2 cups of fresh or frozen fruit. Return to oven for another 20 min.

    Serves 6-8

Directions

Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
Mix and ad to egg mixture.
Pour into greased 2 qt. souffle pan or 8"x9" casserol dish.
Bake 20 minutes @ 400 degrees

After baking fold fruit mixture into casserole and bake another 20 minutes. Dried fruit maybe used instead of frozen.
