Ingredients

    1.5 lbs round steak, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp oil
    2 small onions, sliced thinly
    .25 C soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 pk sugar twin
    .5 tsp salt
    1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with juice
    2 large bell peppers, sliced (red, green, yellow)
    .25 C water blended with 1 Tbsp cornstarch

Directions

Makes 6 servings

Heat oil, brown beef. Drain and add beef to crock-pot. Top with onions.
Combine soy sauce, garlic, sugar twin & salt; pour over beef & onions. Cover and cook LOW 6 hours.
Add tomatoes & peppers; cook 1 hour.
Stir cornstarch mixture into pot and cook on HIGH 1/2 hour or until thickend.

Can be served over rice (not included in nutrition count)
