Ingredients

    9 Potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 medium Rutabagas peeled and cubed
    7 Carrots peeled and chopped
    1 medium Onion chopped
    2 tsp minced Garlic
    900 ml Blue Menu Beef Broth NO salt Added
    1/3 cup of flour
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    2 tsbp Mrs Dash Original
    1 tsp Thyme Dried
    1 3lb bottom round roast cubed

Directions

Chop up all the vegetables on place in slow Cooker. Put flour in a small bowl add 1/2 the Mrs, Dash and pepper mix. Dredge the peices of beef in the flour. Add a tbsp of Olive Oil to a frying pan . Once oil is hot add beef , brown on all sides then place in Slow cooker. Stir everything together and the add the Beef broth. Add enough water to bring it to the top. Sprinkle with remainding spices. stir and leave to cook for 10 to 12 hrs. on low.
