Introduction

Crispy chicken nuggets with the taste of Southeast Asia baked in. Crispy chicken nuggets with the taste of Southeast Asia baked in.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 cup lowfat buttermilk
    2 cloves of garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp crushed ginger
    1 tbsp ground tumeric
    1/2 cup whole wheat panko

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

In a ziptop bag mix the buttermilk, tumeric, ginger and garlic

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.and place into the bag to marinade (a couple hours)

Take the chicken and roll in panko (I recommend wearing gloves)

Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes

Makes 8 servings
