Introduction

meatloaf made with bread not oatmeal meatloaf made with bread not oatmeal
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lb ground beef
    4 slices whole wheat bread
    2 egg
    1/2 cup tomato sauce or ketchup
    2 tablespoon of A 1 or other steak sauce
    2 tablespoon of worsheshire sauce
    1/4 teas pepper
    1 onion diced

Directions

put meat in bowl
put bread under tap water till very wet and squeeze out most of liquid and place in bowl with meat
add egg, ketchup, steak sauce, worsheshire sauce, pepper, onion.
Mix with hands (disposable gloves work well)
Put mixture in a 9X 5 loaf pan Bake at 350 for 1 !/2 hours
Let rest for 5 minutes: pour off liquid and throw away drippings. remove loaf from pan and cut into 8 servings
