Introduction

We've had more apples from our farm share than we can eat in any given week this year! Here are some ways we have found to enjoy them...
(substitute raisins and chopped dried apricots for the cranberries, and pumpkin pie spice for the apple pie spice and orange peel for another great variation)

Ingredients

    fresh baking apples, fresh cranberries, apple pie spice, grated orange peel

Directions

Wash and inspect apples and cranberries for blemishes. Core and slice apples (peeling optional). Combine all ingredients in large crock pot. Set on low for approx 6 hours. Makes approx. 8-10 1 cup servings.
