    1/4 c pumpkin puree
    2 T ricotta cheese part skim
    3 egg whites
    1 t cinnamon
    1/4 t vanilla extract
    3 drops of stevia
    1/8 c old fashion oats
    2 T wheat bran, crude


mix ingredients well. Then, heat pan and spray with pam. Pour batter into pan and cook until bottom is brown then flip and cook other side until brown.
