Introduction

Good french toast allows you to have 2 slice under 200 calories. Ingredients

    one large egg (yolk included)
    2 large egg white (yolks thrown out or aside)
    1 teaspoon of splenda or one splenda packet
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 tablespoons 2% milk (or milk of your choice calories will vary with this change)
    Butter flavored cooking spray
    6 slices wheat bread

Directions

This makes three servings with two slices per person.

1.) Mix all ingredients together (except bread) in dish big enough to use to coat your bread in.

2.) Heat and Coat pan big enough to fit toast with butter flavored cooking spray

3.) dip bread in to the mix and coat like you would regular French toast and put on pan and cook like your typical French toast
