Ingredients

7 La Tortilla Factory, Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla ( or any tortillas with about 50 calories each)
4 oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 cup Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Blend Shredded cheese, divided
1 cup Carllita Enchilada Sauce
1/2 cup Fresh Salsa
1/2 cup Raw Onion, Chopped
1.5 cups Chi-Chi's for Taco's shredded chicken
Directions
Preheat oven to 350d and spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray
Heat Chicken in skillet over medium heat.
Add cream cheese, salsa, chopped onion, and 1/3 cup of the shredded cheese to the chicken, stir to blend, and allow to heat through.
Evenly divide mixture among tortillas, and then roll up tortillas.
Place enchiladas seam side down in baking dish.
Pour enchilada sauce over the top and then sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.
Heat in oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and extra salsa (these aren't listed in nutritional info).
