Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    4 oz stuffing mix
    3/4 c water
    2 T steak sauce
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3 c hot mashed potatoes
    1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
    12 oz. beef, gravy, warmed

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix meat, stuffing mix, water & steak sauce together. Press into 12 muffin cups. Bake 20-25 minutes till done (160 degrees).
Add parsley & garlic to mashed potatoes and stir to combine. Scoop potatoes onto mashed potatoes and scoop a spoonful or 2 of gravy over the potatoes.
