Ingredients

    1 jar Barilla Tomato & Basil Sauce
    9 whole wheat lasagna noodles
    16 oz (container) of fat-free ricotta cheese
    1 pound of lean ground turkey (browned)
    3 cups fresh spinach
    1 can sliced black olives
    8 oz package of shredded low fat mozarella cheese
    3 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1 cup sliced mushrooms

Directions

Brown turkey and drain. Layer all ingredients in casserole dish, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, then turn on broil for last 5 minutes.
