Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 c mushrooms
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    about 1.5 tsp ginger, chopped or grated finely
    1.5 chicken breasts, skinless, chopped
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    2 tsp soft brown sugar
    1/2 cube Knorr chicken bouillon
    1 cup water
    1/2 red pepper (garnish)
    1/2 c fresh cilantro (garnish)

Directions

Combine all ingredients (except garnishes) in slowcooker. Cook high 4-6 hours or low 8-10 hours.

(Can also be made in a pan by combining soy sauce, fish sauce and sugar in skillet. Cook until well-blended. Separately, cook chicken in a pan with 1 tbsp oil. Add mushrooms, garlic and ginger. Mix all together.)

*great served over rice. You can also add onions and other veggies.
