Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 cup Lentils
    4 cups Vegetable Broth,Chicken Broth or Beef Broth
    1 cup Water
    1 15 1/2 ounce can diced petite tomatoes
    2 cups carrots, grated
    4 ounces diced green chilies
    2 tablespoons dried onions
    4 packets Knorr Sazon Achiote y Culantro (Sazon with Cilantro)
    1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 Cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 300.
Spray casserole dish with vegetable spray.
Add all ingredients to casserole dish and mix well.
Cover dish with foil and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes.
Remove foil, add shredded cheese and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
