    1 frozen banana
    1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean High Fiber Cereal
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1/2 tbs nutmeg
    1/2 cup frozen saskatoons or blueberries
    1 tbs whey protein
    2 tbs cocoa powder
    2 tsp benefiber

Directions
