This slow cooker recipe for short ribs uses a sweet homemade BBQ sauce. This slow cooker recipe for short ribs uses a sweet homemade BBQ sauce.
Number of Servings: 4


    You are going to need between 1lb-1.5lb short ribs
    Apple Jelly 1/2 cup
    Ketchup 1 cup
    Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 cup
    Minced Garlic 1 tsp
    Dried Rosemary 1 tbsp
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Mix everything for the sauce together in your crockpot and set on low. Set in ribs and cook on low 4-6 hours until falling off the bone.

(**Remember, the recipe is assuming you are eating all the bbq sauce in a sitting... you'll have most of it left at the bottom of the pot and you won't consume it. Assume the calories are less then 1/2 of what it is suggesting!)
