Introduction

Great for a cold fall or winter day!!! Great for a cold fall or winter day!!!
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    I lb. Ground Turkey
    I can of Black Beans
    I can Light Red Kidney Beans
    2 6 oz cans Tomato Paste
    1 med. size green pepper chopped
    1 small onion diced
    1 package Chili seasoning
    3 1/2 c. water

    Optional & not included in calories: chopped mushrooms, any other veggies

Directions

Brown onions & peppers and then add ground turkey and brown it. While browning turkey mix beans, water, & tomato paste in a pan. Once the turkey is done browning mix onions, peppers, & turkey in pan in pan with beans and such. Stir in chili seasoning. Bring to a boil and then simmer for approx. 15 mins or so.
