Dairy Free! Dairy Free!
Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup of Plain flour
    1/3 cup of Brown Sugar
    Pinch of salt 2 tsps Vannilin Sugar
    1 1/2 Cups of Soy (or milk you desire) milk
    2 Pureed Apples
    2 tsps Vanilla essence
    2 cups of mixed berries
    1 diced apple

Directions

Mix dry ingredience together in large bowls.
In seperate bowl mix pureed apples vanilla essence and milk and add to the dry ingredience.
Add the berries and diced apples into mix.

put ito cake tin.. or cupcake tray.
Bake for 30 minutes of until "springy"

When cooked it might look a bit "raw" but it's not :P

**You can add a caramel glaze if you want**
