Ingredients

Ghee (1tsp)
Oliver Oil (1 tsp)
Mustard Seed (1 tsp)
Semolina (2 cups)
Egg raw (2 nos)
Onion (2 nos)
ginger chopped (1 tsp)
Green chilly (3 nos)
Tomato diced (1 no)
carrot grated (1 no)
water (4 cups)
coriander leaves chopped (1/2 cup)
Directions
Serves 3 adults.
1. Saute onion in oil until light brown.
2. Add ginger and green chilly.
3. Add tomato and suate until cooked.
4. Add salt and turmeric powder and saute.
5. Pour 1 cup water and boil.
6. put raw eggs into this masala and boil on low flame, do not saute.
7. In another pan, pour little ghee and splutter mustard seeds.
8. Pour 3 cupps of water and bring to boil.
9. Add semolina and mix.
10. cook on low flame until uppma is done.
11. Mix uppma with the egg masala.
12. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
