Ingredients

    1/4 small red onion, sliced
    4-5 kale leaves, chopped
    1 or 2 dried shitake mushrooms, soaked til soft
    1 tsp olive oil
    splash balsamic vinegar

Directions

sautee onions in olive oil, then add chopped kale stems, add sea salt, then add mushrooms, and then kale leaves. Cover and steam for a minute or two. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar, cover for another minute. Stir and serve.
