    500 grams pink salmon steak
    1 cup cider vinegar
    500 grams eggplant, sliced
    salt to taste
    1 cup water

Directions

put fish, vinegar, water and salt in a casserole then bring to boil. simmer for 7 minutes then add eggplant. simmer another 3 minutes. serve with steamed rice
