Ingredients

    1 pound of ground turkey'
    3/4 cup of bread crumbs
    1 large egg
    2 TBSP of Dried onion flakes
    1/2 cup of jarred red peppers
    1/4 cup of chopped parsley
    3 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp of salt
    1 tsp of pepper

Directions

Mix ingredients and form into 12 meatballs. Place in shallow baking pan and bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until they register 165 on a meat thermometer.
