Introduction

My own creation.Wanted to find a way to include besan (which is protein rich) in to this dish.Also added Mangodi(I am not sure of the english translation of htis)- but they are little balls of urad dal.Also added Jeera.
A comfort food.Good with Rotis.

Ingredients

    Cauliflower, raw, 0.5 head, large (6-7" dia) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Besan, 0.125 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    *Green chilly / Mirchi, 1 gram(s) (remove)
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Coriander, ground, 1 teaspoon, 1 serving (remove)

Directions

In an pan, take the olive oil.Add the cut chilly and the ginger.Let it cook for a few seconds.Then add Jeera and let it cook.then add the onions and let it cook till it turns pink.Add coriander powder and chillie powder . Then add the cauliflower which is cut into little pieces and the besan and the mangodi.Put about a cup of water.
Let it cook till the cauliflower is cooked.
Serve with rice.
Wonderful for a fall day!
