Introduction
Inspired by Komal (Komal53) ,I decided to use my left over veggies into a soup mix which I intend to freeze and use as I go.The veggies I used are the one I got. Green Pepper 680 grams
Pumpkin 340 grams
Cauliflower 198 grams
Garlic 28 grams
Directions
I steamed it in microwave till they were fork tender and blended it together .Divided in six equal portion and freeze it.
Before using thaw it and microwave it with 0.5 cup not fat milk and 0.25 tsp corn starch.Add salt and pepper as required.
