This didn't turn out to be a great weight loss recipe! But it is delicious and fast! It could be worse and you might be able to substitute some of the ingredients to reduce calories. Ingredients

    4 c. hearts of romaine salad mix
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. real bacon bits
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    4 tsp cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

In a large bowl combine the salad mix, tomato, sheeses and bacon. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper; spoon over salad mixture and toss to coat.

This recipe said to serve between two slices of Italian bread. We usually have small pieces of French bread toasted. We eat it as an open-face sandwich.
