Introduction

perfect as a side item with my feta burgers! perfect as a side item with my feta burgers!

Ingredients

    one green pepper
    one red pepper
    one medium white onion
    one long seedless cucumber
    one medium tomato
    about 1/4 c. feta cheese
    2T EVOO
    oregano to taste

Directions

dice up all vegetables and toss in large bowl. add olive oil and feta, toss some more. add oregano and toss around again.

serve and enjoy.
