Introduction
Delicious baked oatmeal, a great breakfast. Can also use regular brown sugar but Splenda works out very well. Delicious baked oatmeal, a great breakfast. Can also use regular brown sugar but Splenda works out very well.Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

3 cups oatmeal - Regular Old Fashioned - not instant
1 cup Splenda,
2 tsps baking powder,
dash salt,
1/2 cup olive oil or melted butter,
1 cup milk ( 1 %)
2 beaten eggs.
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, stiring in beaten eggs last and place in greased baking dish (Sprayed with Pam) and bake in preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes. Can also add dried raisins, fruits and or nuts (calculate additional nutrional value for added ingredients such as nuts, fruits etc).
