Introduction

This recipe is for an ENTIRE loaf of bread. Easily makes several easy breakfast meals for the kids.

For leftovers... Let them cool on the counter until room temperature before putting them in freezer safe bags/container. Simply throw them in the toaster until warm.

Ingredients

    6 eggs
    1 1/3 cups non-fat milk
    Loaf of bread (~24 slices)
    Nutmeg (2tsps or to taste)
    Cinnamon (2tsp or to taste)

Directions

Ideally, let the bread sit on the counter until slightly stale. this will make for a much easier time when dealing with batter-soaked bread. If you don't have stale bread, lightly toasted bread will do just fine.

- Make batter
- Dip bread
- Cook batter-dipped bread on non-stick (lightly oiled) pan.
- enjoy. :)
