Ingredients

    2 Boxes Sugar Free Pudding, Prepared with Skim Milk
    1 8oz Tub Cool Whip Free
    4 Large bananas, sliced
    2 Cups fresh strawberries, halved and sliced
    8 Graham crackers, crushed
    1/4 Cup Dry Roasted Peanuts, Crushed
    Lemon Juice

Directions

Sprinkle bananas with lemon juice to prevent browning. Cover bottom of a cake pan with crumbs from 6 graham crackers. Mix 3/4 of sliced bananas and 1 cup of slice strawberries into the prepared, already set pudding. Gently place the pudding mixture onto the graham crackers. Cover with Cool Whip Free, sprinkle with remaining graham crackers and crushed peanuts. Garnish with remaining sliced bananas and halved strawberries.

Cut into a 3x4 grid, count as one dairy and one fruit serving.
