Ingredients

Organic wholewheat flour, 120 gram(s)
Margarine, hard, 30 grams
Cheddar Cheese, 30 grams (Shredded)
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
*mixed dry herb, 1 tsp
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Milk, 2%, 15 mL
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together - it is easiest to dump it in the blender and just whizz away!
Separately, beat the egg and milk, and then add to the flour mix and continue to blend until the mix resembles breadcrumbs.
Put the crumbly dough into a bowl and shape into a ball
Pinch off a teaspoon amount, and roll between your hands into stick shapes (or get creative, if you like).
Bake at 375 F for 8-10 minutes (or till golden brown).
If the sticks get soft, simply heat up in the oven for a couple of minutes.
