Introduction

A yummy nutritional stirfry, easy to make in just minutes. A yummy nutritional stirfry, easy to make in just minutes.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.2 lbs of chicken
    1 tsp. of ginger
    2 tsps. of olive oil
    Stir fry vegetables such as bok choy, cabbage and snap peas
    2tbsp. of soy sauce
    Brown rice

Directions

In a fry pan, add olive oil, garlic and ginger. Cook till slightly tender. Cut up chicken and add to fry pan and add a pinch of ground pepper. Once the chicken is cooked through, add soy sauce (Soyaki sauce) and then add stirfry vegetables. Once veggies are cooked but crisp, your all done. Just add rice and serve.
