Ingredients

    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 9 tsp
    Vegetable Broth, 3.5 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 cup, chopped or sliced
    Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup
    Basil, 3 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Lemon Juice, .50 cup
    Butter (I can't believe it's not butter light), 1/2 cup
    *Cheese (Philly light cream cheese), 1 stick

Directions

In a large saucepan, bring the tomatoes and broth to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add basil and sugar. Reduce heat to low; stir in cream cheese and butter. Cook until butter is melted
