Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    1 Package Fully Cooked Turkey Smoked Sausage, 12 oz - sliced
    Garlic, 2 cloves, chopped
    Beans, cannellini, 1 can, rinsed
    Chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium, 1 can
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can, undrained
    Salt & Pepper to Taste
    Kale, 2 cups, chopped

Directions

Serves 4

Heat the oil in a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the sausage slices and cook, stirring until browned 2-3 minutes

Stir in the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes

Add the beans, broth and tomatoes and bring to a boil

Add the kale and salt & pepper (if desired) and simmer until kale is wilted, 2-3 minutes
