Ingredients

    (1) cup cooked leftover Asparagus
    (2) large fresh eggs
    (1/3) cup shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
    (1) tbsp Country Crock Light Spread
    (1/2) teaspoon salt
    (1) teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Melt Country Crock spread in a skillet.
Add:
(1) cup cold (leftover) Asparagus, warm it up.
Add:
(2) eggs
(1/3) cup shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
(1/2) teasp Salt
(1) teasp black pepper

Stir all together. Cook until scrambled eggs are done.
