    16 oz of fat free cream cheese
    2 cans of Artichoke hearts (the non marinated kind)
    15 oz of lump crab meat
    10 oz frozen spinach
    1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic


Cook frozen spinach in microwave and press between two towels to remove all the water.

Finely chop garlic clove and combine all ingredients together.

Pour into baking dish. Bake at 375 for 30 min.

Serve with fresh veggies and bagel chips.
