    * pillsbury reduced fat crescent rolls, 8 serving
    * acme egg white, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or sliced
    * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped
    * kraft fat free cheddar, 1 cup


Roll each crescent dough into ball and press into bottom of muffin tin. Mix all ingredients except cheese in bowl. Pinch cheese onto each filled muffin tin, spoon egg mixture evenly and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 for 11-13 minutes.
