Ingredients

Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)
Onions, raw, 1 small
*Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp
*hellman's mayo with olive oil, 4 tbsp
*Deans French Onion Dip, 2 tbsp
Thyme, fresh, 2 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
*Pepper, white, 1 tsp
*Cara Mia marinated artichoke hearts (2 pieces), 1 serving
Directions
Makes 10 1/3 cup servings
Chop the head of cabbage and salt. Let sit covered. Then rinse and spin the cabbage so the water comes out. Drain all water off. While it is sitting, combine deans onion dip, mayo, thyme, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Whisk until blended. Mince the marinated artichokes into the cream sauce. After water is drained from cabbage,add to cream sauce and stir till coated.Toss in shredded carrots from store bought bag.
Refrigerate 30 minutes- hour. May be made ahead and stored 2 days in refrigerator.
