Ingredients

Topping:
1 TBS Apple Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 cup Pamela's Baking Mix
Cupcakes:
1 TBS Butter
3 TBS Applesauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 TBS Homemade Gourmet's Spiced Dip Mix (this is equivalent to 1 tsp sugar and spices)
2 Eggs
1/2 skim milk
1 1/2 cups Pamela's Baking Mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix topping ingredients into a crumbly mixture and set aside.
Line a 12 cake cupcake pan with paper liners.
Mix butter, applesauce, sugar, eggs and spices until well blended. Add flour and milk. Blend until smooth. Spoon evenly into cupcake pan and top with 1 tbs of topping mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.
