Introduction

I looked for a recipe with like ingredients to track calories but didn't find one so I entered my own! This recipe was made from things I had on hand in fridge at the time. Ingredients

    1 Pound ground Venison
    1 Cup chopped Onion
    1 Pachage Taco Seasoning Mix
    1/4 Cup H2O
    1 Cup Canned Corn
    1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    1 Cup Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
    I cup Chopped Tomato
    Green Onions Sliced
    Romain Lettuse
    2 Cups Shredded Purple Cabbage
    1 Cup Salsa for Dressing


Directions

Brown meat rinse and drain. Add onion, corn, water and seasoning mix. Bring to a simmer then remove from heat and cool.
Mix together lettuse, cabbage and tomatoes - divide among 4 bowls. Top with meat mixture, sour cream, cheese, salsa and green onions.
