Ingredients

    * Beef, top sirloin, 21 oz
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4"
    * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    * *Beef Bullion Cube, 4 serving
    * Carrots, raw, 2.5 cup, grated
    * Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed
    * Corn Starch, .25 cup
    * *Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
    * Garlic, 4 cloves
    * *Brocoli, Frozen, 5 cup
    * Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)

Directions

Measure 2 cups of water
Add Bullion Cubes to water and microwave for 4 min.

Chop onion and peppers into pieces
Cut Steak into 1" Strips

Put Onion, Garlic, and Steak into Skillet.
Cook until Steak no longer pink.

Remove from skillet and cover to keep warm.

Pour one cup of broth into skillet.
Add carrots, broccoli, and peppers into skillet
Cook into vegetables are done to your likeness.

To other cup of broth add brown sugar and corn starch and soy sauce.
Stir and mix together.

When vegetables are done add remaining broth.
Cook until broth becomes thick.
Add steak, garlic, and onions back into skillet.
Stir until heated through.

Makes 12 - 1 cup servings.
