Introduction

Ingredients

    1 c. Butter
    4 c. Splenda & also Splenda Brown Sugar ( I usually use 3 cups of regular Splenda and 1 cup Brown Sugar Splenda) or just use Grandulated Sugar
    6 Eggs
    3 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 1/2 c. Raisins
    1 1/2 c. Walnuts, chopped
    4 2/3 c. Flour (also substitue with WW Flour)
    1 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. Cloves
    2 1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions

Mix together Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Pumpkin, Walnuts and Raisins. Then add dry ingredients Baking Soda, Flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Cloves and Salt.

Pour into (3) 4x9" loaf pans (the large ones)
Or Pour into the smaller (6) 3x5 1/2" loaf pans. I measured from the inside diameter. They also have mini loaf pans, where you can make a few more.

Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour for the larger loaves and about 35 minutes for the smaller loaves. When toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean, that's when they are done.

I make several small loaves during the holidays and give some as gifts or slice and serve them during a gathering.
