3.5 oz pkg of Jello Banana Cream Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding
1 cup of Eggbeaters
1 cup of water
1/4 cup Motts unsweetened Applesauce cup
1 cup of Ripe Mashed Banana
1/2 cup Walnuts
Directions
Preheat over at 350 degrees.
Beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer. Add bananas and nuts, mix well. Pour into Muffin pans or Loaf pan, sprayed with pam.
Cook for 40 minutes for loaf
Cook for 20 to 25 minutes for muffins.
Makes 12 1/2 inch slices.
