Ingredients

    4 cups uncooked Elbow Macaroni
    6 large Hard Boiled Eggs
    2 cans chunk light Tuna in water
    1 packet of Sazon Goya con culantro y achiote
    1 cup Pickle Relish
    1 cup Smart Balance Light Mayonnaise
    1 cup Kraft miracle whip regular
    2 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular
    1/2 Med. Onion cupped finely
    1 tbsp Celery seed
    1 tbsp Pepper

Directions

Cook & drain the macaroni.
While the macaroni is cooking you can mix other ingredients.
Mix all together & serve.
Makes 28 1/2-cup servings .
