    1 medium ripe banana
    1 cup vanilla soy milk
    8 slices whole wheat bread
    1 tsp cinnamon


1. Heat frying pan. This tends to stick, so if you don't have a nonstick pan I suggest putting a little canola oil in the pan.

2.Take the banana and soy milk and blend together in a blender or food processor until smooth. You can also mash the banana really well in a bowl then mix the soy milk in if you don't have a blender or food processor. Then mix the cinnimon in.

3. Dip the bread into the mixture, then cook 2-3 slices in the frying pan on low until browned and crispy. The cooking time will vary depending on your frying pan and oven, and you can experiment with how long you like it to be cooked.

4.Eat plain or with syrup or topping of your choice.
