Ingredients

    1 15-oz can salmon or 2 vacuum-packed packages salmon (I used left-over Coho salmon)
    8 oz softened cream cheese
    Juice & zest on lemon
    1 tsp prepared horseradish
    1Tbsp diced shallots or spring onions
    1/4 tsp salt (opt)
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 bunch celery, cut in thirds.

Directions

Mix all ingredients except celery. Chill 4-8 hours. Stiff salmon-cheese mixture into celery thirds and serve. (I used as a dip with vegetables.)
