    2 tbs olive oil
    5 cloves crushed garlic
    2 tsp cajun spice
    1 tbs oregano
    2 tsp parsley
    1 can (12 oz) Light Beer
    1 tbs Vegetable Base (or vegetarian beef)
    1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (20 oz) bag frozen yellow sweet corn
    1/2 cup frozen, cut okra
    1 (16 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained
    1 (16 oz) can dark red kidney beans, drained
    1 (16 oz) can light red kidney beans, drained
    2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
    4 cups water

    **Garlic salt and hot sauce to taste.


Cook garlic and spices until fragrant.

Add beer to deglaze; add all other ingredients. Stir and simmer for 45 minutes - 1 hour. Water should evaporate and texture becomes thick.

Makes 9 servings.
