Ingredients

    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1 teaspoon onion salt
    3 cups water
    1 teaspoon dried parsley
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 (0.70 ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix
    1 package McCormick Au Jus, low sodium
    5 lbs rump roast
    1 cup Birds Eye Frozen Green, Yellow, and Red Pepper Strips

Directions

In small sauce pan, combine everything but peppers and Roast. Bring to a boil. Pour over beef, in slow cooker.

Cook at high for 4 to 6 hours, or low for 8 to 10 hours.
