Ingredients

    Chicken-boiled and shredded
    spinach
    wild rice
    chicken broth
    water
    rosemary
    cumin
    onion
    minced garlic

Directions

put chicken, minced garlic and onions in large stock pot, and cover with water. Boil chicken until cooked all the way through-approximately 15-20 minutes (depends on if chicken is frozen). Remove chicken, set aside to cool. Add wild rice and broth (and some water if needed), bring to a low boil and let simmer for 10 minutes. While rice is cooking use 2 forks to shred the chicken. Add spinach to rice, let cook for about 5 minutes, add chicken back and add water as needed to make as much broth as you prefer. Add spices and simmer for 10-15 minutes until everything is heated through.
