Ingredients

    2 - Nature's Promise Whole Wheat Tortillas
2 tsp - Gourmet Garden Cilantro Herb Blend
4 tbsp - grape seed oil
    1/4 cup -Walnuts, chopped
4 slices -Any brand deli Ham (low or no sodium)
1 cup - Baby Spinach, fresh
1/4 cup - fat free mozzarella cheese (divided)

Directions

Place each tortilla wrap on plate & spread 1 tsp of cilantro herb blend on each tortilla, then set aside.

In a non stick pan, heat oil & walnuts for about 1 minute. Careful not to burn walnuts.

With hands, (or a knief if you really want) break up slices of ham & add to pan. Cover & let cook for about 1 minute.

Add baby spinach, cover & reduce heat. After spinach looks cooked, sprinkle half of the fat free cheese over mixture, cover & remove from heat.

Sprinkle other half of cheese between the 2 tortillas. Place half of ham mixture on each tortilla, then fold or wrap & enjoy!
