Ingredients

    Boneless skinless Chicken Breast prick meat with fork so marinade can penetrate
    1 or 2 Garlic cloves minced
    fresh rosemary 2 tbsp minced
    Juice from one lemon or lime
    pinch of salt
    pinch of black pepper
    1 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Place all ingredients in zipper bag and place in fridge for at least 20 min.
preheat oven to 350
in oven safe saute pan add one turn of olive oil.
on med high heat saute chickenbreast 2 min. on each side. Add leftover marinade to pan. Place pan in heated oven for 15 min. to finish cooking.
Can also be grilled.
